Platform
One system from first click to final payment.
C3 Dental is a dental revenue intelligence platform. It connects marketing investment to patient inquiries, scheduled and arrived appointments, new patients, production and collections — then turns those outcomes into prioritised, evidence-backed recommendations a practice owner can act on.

The owner experience
Five doors. Every capability one click behind one of them.
Today, Results, Work, Practice and Sources are the questions an owner asks. Campaigns, opportunities, the decision record, patients by cohort and geography, providers and service lines all live one click beneath them.
Today
What needs you, what to do next, and whether the evidence behind it can be trusted.
Results
Where revenue came from and where it leaked — by source, page, service line and provider.
Work
What the practice is doing about it: opportunities reviewed, plays in progress, decisions recorded.
Practice
Where the practice itself is constrained: treatment acceptance, recall, capacity.
Sources
Whether each source is connected, current and certified — before its figures carry weight.

How data enters
Nothing is inferred that a report did not evidence.
Every figure in the product traces to a connected source or to a report your practice already runs. A source that is not connected reads as not connected — never as zero.
Step 1
Connect the sources you already use
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta and call tracking numbers. Reporting connections only; C3 never changes a budget or a campaign.
Step 2
Bring practice outcomes from your own reports
Drop a Dentrix report export, confirm the columns, preview the exact change it would make — down to the restated month — and commit. Every import can be rolled back.
Step 3
Let the chain close deterministically
An appointment or payment is matched to an inquiry on exact phone or email, or by an explicit confirmation from your team. Ambiguous stays unmatched, and unmatched money stays visible as an aggregate.
The loop
History is the asset. It can only be captured at the time.
A competitor can inspect today’s ad account. It cannot recreate a March source → March inquiry → April consult → May acceptance → June procedure → August payment chain, because that chain exists only if someone recorded it as it happened. The practice owns its data. C3 keeps the relationships.

Sources
What C3 reads today.
Only what the product actually reads. Each source is certified individually before its figures carry weight, and the Sources door says which ones are connected and current.
Google Ads
Daily spend, clicks and campaign identity. Reporting only — C3 never changes a budget.
Google Analytics 4
Website sessions and the landing pages that turned into inquiries.
Google Search Console
Organic queries and pages, so search is measured like any other source.
Google Business Profile
Profile actions and reviews as an acquisition source in their own right.
Meta
Campaign spend reporting for Facebook and Instagram, kept separate from Google economics.
Call tracking numbers
A tracked number per source, so a phone call carries the evidence of where it came from.
Weave
Call and messaging activity as practice-level aggregates.
Dentrix report exports
Appointments, production and collections from the reports your practice already runs.
Deliberately not built
What C3 is not.
Being clear about the boundary is part of being trustworthy with a practice’s data.
- Not a Dentrix or Weave replacement.
- Not a patient CRM. There is no patient record, patient detail page or clinical note anywhere in C3.
- No automatic budget control. Recommendations are recommend-only; a person decides.
There is no patient CRM, no clinical notes, no insurance module, no online scheduling and no direct write to any practice system. Recommendations are recommend-only; a person on your team decides.
